HOW DO I PURCHASE A RUG? 
New rugs will be posted to the website daily. If you are looking for a custom order or wanting us to source you a vintage rug, please reach out at hello@shopelizabethjane.com or send us a direct message on Instagram and we will be happy to find you the perfect match! 
WHERE CAN I VIEW AVAILABLE RUGS? 
All available rugs are listed under the SHOP tab on our homepage. We always have rugs that have yet to be photographed and posted so if you're looking for something that you don't see on the website, please reach out! 
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY RUG? 
For custom rugs, please visit your custom rug pdf you received upon purchase.
For ready to ship items, rugs will be shipped within two business days of your purchase unless otherwise stated in item description. 
For made to order items, rugs are typically shipped in approximately 90 to 120 days. Lead time varies based off of the individual rug so please see item description for further information. 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free within the US. If you live outside the US and would like to purchase one of our rugs, please contact us. 
CAN I RETURN A RUG? 
Full priced rugs are available for return within 10 days of receipt of the item. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on each item return. Rugs must be professionally wrapped and shipped by FedEx or UPS. The customer is 100% responsible for the return shipping cost of the item(s).  Custom rugs and sale purchases are non-refundable. 
 
Upon receipt, returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure no damage has been incurred and rug is in new condition. Elizabeth Jane reserves the right to deny the return of any items that are damaged or not in "like-new" condition. 
Returns made within the day 10 return window, will receive a refund to the original form of payment (rug cost minus 10% restocking fee). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing time.

For new production, due to the handmade nature of the product, rug width and length can vary 1-3” from the standard sizing and colors may vary slightly. Please note that phone screen brightness can alter the appearance of a rug. Your happiness is our utmost concern, so please reach out if for some reason you feel the product is not as described! 

CANCELLATIONS

Elizabeth Jane will offer a full refund for cancellation of an order, within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement will receive store credit only. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUG? 
All rugs are professionally cleaned prior to being shipped. For spot cleaning, we suggest blotting the stain and following with clear dish soap and hot water. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional help.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM? 
We do not have a public showroom but are more than happy to set up individual appointments to see our in stock rugs as well as discuss and work through the design process.
